At the beginning of a session, your therapist will ask you about your symptoms, medical history and your physical goals for the massage. They’ll also explain the type of techniques they will use and discuss any other considerations you need to know.
After your initial conversation, you will then either sit in a chair or lay on a table. As the session goes on, your trained therapist will evaluate, through touch, any areas that are too painful for pressure or tense areas that need more physical attention.
